Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of the Sales Team, you will:
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities by identifying business goals and critical issues. Your goal is to help sell FeaturePlan and to work as a team with
our field professional services group to drive revenue and over-achieve your quota
Generate, develop and close new business. Experience selling into software or high tech firms a plus, as is experience with enterprise divisional accounts.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Call on senior
level executive contacts and manage a highly consultative, complex sales cycle
Work closely with prospective clients to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs
Develop deep relationships with clients, maintaining the client asset for the long term
Create and manage territory and account plans
What You Will Bring:
5+ years? business
to
business solution selling experience in software sales
Proven success in prospecting and developing a territory
Proven track record of succeeding quotas and goals
Proven success in developing new business and managing complex sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals.
Full sales
cycle experience with a track record of success against quota
Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
Experience following a sales methodology throughout the sales cycle
2+ years experience using CRM tools
Familiarity with product management lifecycle methodologies
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problems solving and analytical skills
Ability to learn technical concepts and processes quickly
