Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assisting in the coordination and
execution of marketing and communication projects. Your primary objective will be to assist the team in implementing various
marketing campaigns, and to support the creation of leads through the usage of technical marketing software tools and applications.

Primary Responsibilities:
Management of technical marketing tools for email deployment, lead generation, analytics and reporting
(tool currently used: Eloqua)
Update internal customer tracking tools on a weekly basis
Website: Assist in ongoing development, changes and maintenance of company website using ftp server, or other tools
Management of Search Engine Optimization and Pay-per-click optimization.
Analyze web metrics to increase ROI and conversions on websites
Develop policies and procedures for marketing practices to streamline and unify operations
Assist in the coordination of logistics for events & conferences
Manage marketing documentation
Blog: Manage administration, updates, and look & feel of company blog
Regular backup of all marketing tools
What You Will Bring:
3-5 years of experience in marketing, including the use of technical marketing tools
Marketing designation from a recognized post-secondary institute
Email/online marketing experience
Excellent written and oral communications skills (technical and business - writing samples will be requested)
Project management background and experience
Internet Awareness (Refresh Rate, Bandwidth and Browser Compatibility)
Appreciation of front-end requirements that create user awareness and proficiencies
Ability to take initiative and work projects to completion with little guidance
An eye for detail
Ability to multitask and preserve the high quality of deliverables
Easily adaptable to change of focus throughout day
Analytical, comfortable working with statistics, and are constantly aware of cause and effect; you are able to draw valuable meaning from seemingly unrelated data
Possess the confidence to challenge preconceived notions and traditional thinking by finding and advocating novel, and sometimes unconventional, solutions
Assets:
Data management experience
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet)
Familiarity with Salesforce.com, blogging software, and/or Google Pay-Per-Click
Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Macromedia Suite
