Account and Business Development Manager, FeaturePlan
We are looking for account managers to join our business development team to manage
the successful deployments of FeaturePlan and sell our other products and services to our customer base
We are looking for candidates located in both east and west coast of USA or Canada. Home office with travel up to 60% of the time.

Primary Responsibilities:
As a member of the business development team, you will:
Project manage FeaturePlan deployment and our professional services team
Meet with our customers to ensure business needs are understood and we are providing what they need to succeed
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within our customer base by identifying business goals and critical issues.
Your goal is to help sell FeaturePlan and to work as a team with our field professional services group to drive revenue and
over-achieve your team quota
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Call on senior
level executive contacts and manage a highly consultative, complex sales cycle
Work with Ryma and partner technologies to prospect new accounts and develop relationships efficiently
Work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and create the most appropriate solution to meet their needs
Develop deep relationships with clients, maintaining the client asset for the long term
Create and manage project and account plans
What You Will Bring:
Familiarity with product management lifecycle methodologies
Project management skills
2+ years? business-to-business solution selling experience in software sales
Proven success in prospecting and developing a territory
Proven track record of succeeding quotas and goals
Exceptional written and oral presentation skills
Experience following a sales methodology throughout the sales cycle
2+ years experience using CRM tools
Ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Demonstrated problems solving and analytical skills
Ability to learn technical concepts and processes quickly
